At Rangi Merch, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, made-to-order products and an enjoyable shopping experience. Because every item is created specifically for you after purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to address only specific situations.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll make it right.To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Email support@rangimerch.com with:
    1. Your order number
    2. Clear photos showing the issue
    3. A short description of the problem

Once your claim is verified, we will process a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If your package goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package.

Order Issues Due to Customer Error

Since all our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind after placing the order
  • General dissatisfaction not related to product defects

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Return Instructions

Do not send any items back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.
