Made-to-Order Products
All Rangi Merch products are made to order once a purchase is confirmed. This means:
- Orders are individually produced based on your selected specifications (size, color, design).
- Production begins immediately after the order is placed, so cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing has started.
Accuracy of Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, due to differences in screen displays and the custom production process, minor variations in color, print positioning, or sizing may occur.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
Delays may occur due to high demand, customs, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics services.
Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally. Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping fees may apply.
Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may also incur reshipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Mistaken product selection
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Have clear manufacturing defects
- Contain incorrect printing or fulfillment errors
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Send photos of the item and describe the issue to support@rangimerch.com
Once verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since items go into production immediately after purchase, order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, text, and product names — is the exclusive property of Rangi Merch and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Rangi Merch is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses or damages
- Delivery delays due to third-party shipping services
- Losses caused by incorrect order information provided by the customer
Our total liability is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.
